Comprehensive Programs for Male Empowerment
The Male Institute offers three comprehensive training programs for male development professionals. These include the Certified Male Development Advisors training, the Certified Male Development Specialist training, and the Male Development Trainer training.
These programs are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively empower men and boys. Through these programs, participants will learn how to conduct assessments, develop action plans, and deliver positive male development services. In addition, participants will understand the Male Institute's Male Development Model and its application to real-world settings.
CMDA
The Certified Male Development Advisors training is a two-year program that consists of four phases. Phase one focuses on self-development and professional development. In this phase, participants will complete a series of online courses and workshops designed to build their knowledge and skills in male development. Additionally, participants will be required to complete a practicum in which they will apply what they have learned to a real-world setting.
CMDS
The Certified Male Development Specialist training is a one-year program that consists of three phases. Phase one focuses on assessment and intervention planning. In this phase, participants will learn how to conduct assessments of men and boys and develop intervention plans based on the results of these assessments. Additionally, participants will be required to complete a practicum in which they will apply what they have learned to a real-world setting.

The Certified Male Development Trainer training is a six-month program that consists of two phases. Phase one focuses on course development and delivery. In this phase, participants will learn how to develop and deliver Male Institute courses. Additionally, participants will be required to complete a practicum in which they will apply what they have learned to a real-world setting.
